3 levels of privacy when publishing a project

Hello,

I would like to emphasize the fact that privacy is at the core of ideaness.org.

Indeed you can choose between 3 levels of privacy when publishing an idea/project:

1. Secret

Users (members and non members) cannot see it at all in the list of ideas.

Only the owner/publisher of the idea has the possibility to invite members to join. He/she could decide to invite other members based on their contributions in other groups or their profile/skills listed in the “Members” page.

The other members of the platform cannot request to join or see the content since it does not appear on the “Ideas” page.

2. Private

Users (members and non members) can see it in the list of ideas. They have only access to the high level description but not to the content.

Only members of the platform can request to join the idea or be invited by the owner/publisher. In that case, they have access to the content/details of the idea.

3. Open

Users (members and non members) can see it in the list of ideas. They also have access to the content/details of the idea.

Only members of the platform can post on the idea.
