AI powered app to analyze food labels
An app to be used to scan the product labels and that would give :
– A health rating (from 0 to 100);
– An overview of the ingredients (sugar/additives/fat/gluten/lactose/…);
– Advices for pregant women, diabetics, food intolerant people,…
– Recommandations for other healthy products to prepare an healthy recipe.
The app would be powered by a NLP (natural language processing) algorithm so that it would work for all the products (even those that were never scanned before).
