Here we are!

After more than a decade developing ideas on my own, trying to find people around me to help build prototypes and still no business founded, it is time for a new approach.

I used to talk about business ideas to people I trust, close friends and family members, and this led me nowhere.

The truth is that when you share a business idea with someone, you expose yourself. This is called vulnerability.

What you need in that moment is someone capable of realizing that and capable of considering the value of your idea as objectively as possible in order to give a constructive feedback.

The chances of that happening are quite low (Even though you carefully selected that someone for his skills and/or experience).

Here is why:

• Most people don’t understand vulnerability.
• Most people never considered starting a business.
• Most people are too busy with all the other things going on in their lives.
• Most people will fail to realize all the efforts you have already put into this.

What usually happens instead is that you receive a feedback with all the obvious risks or hurdles that you might encounter in your endeavour.

Of course this discussion, besides being ultimately useless, ends up being quite demotivating.

Now imagine what could have happened if you had talked to the right persons at the right time.

Very successful founders admit themselves that they would not have succeded had they not by chance (or by forcing the chance) met the right persons at the beginning.

This is why this website was created.

The goal is use the power of the community:

• To help aspiring creative entrepreneurs connect with like-minded supportive people without moving to the silicon valley.
• To help them (in)validate their ideas.
• To help them find the product market fit.

Is this website a cry for help from a frustrated wantrepreneur in his mid thirties?

On the contrary, it is about transforming a difficult situation into an opportunity that could hopefully help many other aspiring entrepreneurs.
